Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 January 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aurora Reels website (frostreels.com) and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Aurora Reels OY ("Aurora Reels", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, and of legal age in the jurisdiction from which you access the Service, to use Aurora Reels. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend access pending verification.

2. Nature of the Service — Virtual Currency

Aurora Reels is a free-play social casino. All in-game games use "Aurora Coins" (the "Virtual Currency"). Aurora Coins:

• have no cash or monetary value;
• cannot be purchased, sold, redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for anything of monetary value;
• are licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial, entertainment use only;
• may be modified, adjusted, or reset by Aurora Reels at any time in our reasonable discretion.

3. Sweepstakes Rules

Where the Service offers a sweepstakes or promotional draw, no purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. An alternative free method of entry ("AMOE") is available by written request. To request AMOE, mail a legible request card (name, postal address, date of birth) to Aurora Reels OY, Bulevardi 12, 00120 Helsinki, Finland. Each valid AMOE request will be treated as one entry, subject to the specific promotion's official rules. Sweepstakes offered on the Service are void where prohibited and are governed by Finnish law.

4. Account and Session

The Service does not require account registration for basic play. Certain features may in the future require a user account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your session. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• use the Service in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service;
• employ automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to interact with the Service;
• attempt to manipulate the outcome of any game, coin balance, or promotion;
• use the Service if you are excluded from gambling under any jurisdictional register.

6. Intellectual Property and DMCA

All content on the Service — including source code, artwork, sound, and brand assets — is owned by Aurora Reels OY or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] including: a description of the copyrighted work, the URL of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights owner.

7. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service may display sponsored content or links to third-party sites. Aurora Reels is not responsible for the content, offers, or availability of any third-party site. Interaction with third parties is at your own risk and subject to the third party's own terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURORA REELS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AURORA REELS OY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR VIRTUAL CURRENCY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY EUROS (€50).

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland, save that consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where required by mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
